  • Pavilion "Electronics and Communication" was built in 1958, designed by the creative team: architect VN Holstein, engineer IM Shoshenskogo and Designer VA Shtabsky.

    It was built on the site of the architect erected SB Znamenskі pavilion "Volga", which attracted the attention of the noise of water flows, escaping from under the wall of stained glass with images of hydroelectric power plants. Water flowed into small pools, installed in the basement walls. The building's facade was decorated with sculptures of sailors and soldiers, and the roof - the statue of Chapaev.

    After restructuring in the pavilion themed exhibitions telling about the achievements in electronics and communication. Now it is the service center of telecommunication services.
