Pavilion "Republic of Belarus"

  • Pavilion "Republic of Belarus", built in 1954, designed by two talented architects S. Chernyshev & GA Zakharov, was erected on the site of the pavilion "Byelorussian SSR".

    The main facade is decorated with a colonnade, which consists of two rows of columns. Behind it is a small semi-circular courtyard, framed by columns decorated Belarusian national ornament and bas-reliefs of the fruit.

    The roof of the pavilion is crowned with a statue of the Belvedere "Belarus". Since 2008, it hosts the trade center of the Republic of Belarus. Currently, there is a reconstruction of the building.
