    The complex of buildings of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance - CMEA (now a complex of buildings of the Moscow Government) - built on the banks of the Moskva River in 1963-1970 by architects M.Posohinim, A.Mndoyantsem, V.Svirskim, engineers Yu.Ratskevichem, S.Shkolnikovim and others.
